What I really liked about this project is the creativity and artistic sense that you brought to the table.  The way you opened up the left side of the yard was beyond my expectations and the balance with both sides of the yard centered around the line from the kitchen nook area to the main waterfall is stunning.  I had a real estate agent friend by here yesterday and she was blown away.  She says that there are only 4-5 houses in Shady Hollow Estates with comparable backyards.  She wants to set up a progressive dinner so that some of the residents of the estates can see all of these backyards to fuel their imaginations.  If this comes off as she describes it, it would be a great showcase for your work.

As you well know, I am an engineer so I am very focused on safety, workmanship & quality; all the little details   The combination of my skill set with your abilities to organize the various crafts, drive a timely schedule, and maintain the artistic look and feel of the overall project has resulted in a very pleasing outcome.

Hopefully we will get a chance to work together again in the future.  By the way, what do you think about the tree in the front yard?  I may want to do some more work in the front once the dust settles and we know how our retirement finances are working out.
